LG KU990 Viewty

The new touchscreen phone LG KU990, also known as the Viewty, was recently launched in India. The device’s 3-inch LCD screen renders 256k colours at a resolution of 240x400 pixels. Along with a VGA camera at the front, it is also equipped with a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, along with image stabilisation and face-tracking features; and it can record VGA video at 30fps. The 3G phone also supports Bluetooth and A2DP, Radio, MP3, USB 2.0, but not an infrared port. The gadget comes with an internal memory of 100MB, but can be expanded using microSD cards. For more on the device, which retails in a black finish at Rs 21,900 and $50.
